Alessia Merepeza, Albanian soprano, born in 1999 in Udine, Italy. She begins to study music at an early age.

In 2013 she start her vocal studies with Ema Kanci in Tirana. At the age of 19 she graduates with the highest marks from "Jordan Misja" School.

In 2017 she wins the first prize at "Pjeter Gaci" competition for young musicians, at "Jorgiie Truja" singing competition for young singers and the soprano Inva Mula awards her with the prize "Albanian Excellence". In the same year she sings her first concert with orchestra as soloist and debuts the role of Contessa in Le nozze di Figaro.

From 2018 she attends the class of Vocal Studies at Conservatorio Arrigo Boito in Parma under the guidance of Francesca Ziveri and Raffaele Cortesi.

In 2023 she will debut Liù in Turandot in Spoleto and in 2024 she will be Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni in Bologna.

In March 2022 she is awarded with the third prize at the "International singing competition in Spoleto" and in the 76° season of Teatro Lirico Sperimentale di Spoleto debuts as Micaela in La Tragédie de Carmen in the version by Peter Brook, under the direction of Alessio Pizzech and conducted by Carlo Palleschi, and Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni at Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti in Spoleto and at Teatro Morlacchi in Perugia, directed by Henning Brockhaus and conducted by Salvatore Percacciolo.

In 2021 she takes part to the International Competition "Capri Opera Festival", winning the first prize, the special prize "Antonio Falconio" as best performer of Neapolitan songs and the prize Capri Gold Voice. As first ranked at the competition "OERAT" (Orchestra dell’Emilia-Romagna Arturo Toscanini) for young talents, she sings a concert with Orchestra Toscanini di Parma and a Verdi concert with Corale Verdi di Parma.

In 2020 she takes part to several masterclasses with Barbara Frittoli, Inva Mula, Carmela Remigio and Anna Pirozzi.

Between 2019 and 2021 she is invited to take part to the event Verdi Off with Teatro Regio di Parma on the occasion of Festival Verdi. In November 2019 she sings her first concert as soloist in Italy with Parma Lirica.
