Aloisa Aisemberg was born in a family of musicians. She begins her violin studies at the age of four and in 2008 she graduated from Conservatorio “Gioacchino Rossini” in Pesaro. In October 2011 she started a collaboration with Orchestra Giovanile Luigi Cherubini, conducted by Riccardo Muti.
In 2011 she begins her vocal studies and attends the Accademia lirica di Osimo. In 2015, under the direction of Leo Nucci, she debuts Beppe in L’amico Fritz at Teatro Municipale in Piacenza, nel ruolo en travesti dello zingaro Beppe, she performed in the double role of violinist and singer.
Later she was accepted into the Scuola dell'opera italiana at Teatro Comunale in Bologna where she performed in titles like La Cenerentola (Angelina), La traviata (Flora) e Gianni Schicchi (Zita).
In 2018 she debuts as Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia at Teatro Nazionale in Sarajevo, a special project promoted by the Italian Embassy.
In 2019 she sings Sinfonia delle stagioni written by the composer Nicola Piovani to commemorate the ten years from the earthquake of L'Aquila; the piece was also performed at Teatro Verdi in Firenze and at Teatro Politeama in Palermo; debuts Baronessa di Champigny in Il cappello di paglia di Firenze in Sassari; performs in the new written opera La notte di Natale by Alberto Cara at Teatro dell’Opera Giocosa in Savona and at Teatro Luciano Pavarotti in Modena.
In 2021 at Teatro Pergolesi in Jesi she performs Medoro/Astolfo in the new written opera Notte per me luminosa by Marco Betta; in Sassari she is Zaida in Il turco in Italia; in Bologna she performs Dangeville in Adriana Lecouvreur and Tisbe ne La Cenerentola.
In 2022 she did a concert with pieces by Kurt Weill and Bruno Maderna at Auditorium Toscanini della Rai in Torino; the collaboration with Nicola Piovani brings her to sing his first opera title, Amorosa presenza, first world premiere, at Teatro Verdi in Trieste in January 2022, with the direction of Chiara Muti; in June she will be Baba in La Medium di G.Menotti at Teatro Grande in Brescia. In 2023 she will be Suzuki in Madama Butterfly in Bologna.
